TERMS OF SALE – NORA & AISLING

By using the website noraaisling.com and/or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns Policy.


ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

  • Customer – an individual of legal age purchasing for private, non-commercial purposes.

  • Seller – the brand Nora & Aisling, operating the online store noraaisling.com.

  • Website – the online platform noraaisling.com.

  • DAP/DDU Shipping – delivery from outside the EU with unpaid import duties, payable by the Customer upon delivery.

  • Product – any item offered for sale on the Website.

  • Logistics: orders fulfilled directly from partner warehouses (including outside the EU).


ARTICLE 3 – SCOPE

These Terms apply to all sales between Nora & Aisling and the Customer placing an order on the Website.


ARTICLE 4 – OFFERS & AVAILABILITY

Offers remain valid as long as they appear on the Website and within the limits of available stock at our international suppliers.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices or suspend sales at any time.


ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

An order becomes binding once payment has been confirmed.
An order confirmation will be sent by email.
The Seller may cancel incomplete, suspicious, or fraudulent orders.


ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

The Customer has 30 days from receipt of the Product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To qualify for a refund, the Product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging with tags.

For hygiene reasons, returns do not apply to:

  • underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, earrings.

ARTICLE 7 – RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, including any re-applied import charges.
Import duties paid upon delivery (VAT/customs/handling fees) are non-refundable.


ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSIONS FROM WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • personalised products,

  • hygiene-sensitive items or sealed products once opened,

  • used, washed, damaged, or incomplete products.


ARTICLE 9 – PRICES & TAXES

Prices on the Website are displayed in EUR.
For shipments under DAP/DDU, the Seller does not collect Irish VAT or customs duties at checkout.
These charges are payable by the Customer upon delivery in Ireland.


ARTICLE 10 – PRODUCT COMPLIANCE

Products are new and conform to their description.
In case of defects or non-compliance, the Customer may request an exchange or refund in line with our Returns Policy.


ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY & FULFILMENT

  • Average delivery time: 8–12 business days (indicative).

  • The Customer acknowledges that orders may be shipped from outside the EU and that all import formalities and charges (under DAP/DDU) are their responsibility.

  • All shipments include Track & Trace.


ARTICLE 12 – TERM & AMENDMENTS

These Terms apply for the entire period the Website is active and may be updated at any time.
Orders placed before amendments remain subject to the Terms in force at the time of purchase.


ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENT METHODS

  • Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) via Shopify Payments.

  • Transactions are secured with SSL encryption.


ARTICLE 14 – CLAIMS & COMPLAINTS

Complaints should be sent by email to support@noraaisling.com, including the order number and issue description.
We usually respond within 2 business days.


ARTICLE 15 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Irish law and applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
In case of dispute, we aim to reach an amicable solution. If no agreement can be found, the competent Irish courts shall have jurisdiction.
